CREATE Weekends is a weekend program for high school students interested in exploring science, technology, engineering, and math (STEM) from a design perspective. Led by a team of enthusiastic and experienced university students, you'll explore advanced engineering topics and learn how different disciplines of engineering work together to build a better society.
Over multiple weekends, you'll gain hands-on experience and practical skills by working collaboratively on a real-world challenge. Using the engineering design process, you'll identify a problem, brainstorm solutions, build and test prototypes, and refine your design. LINK
Ready Set Code is a 3-week in-person program designed for girls, covering all things coding!
For three Saturdays, participants learn through cohort-based lessons tailored to their age groups, engaging in creative and collaborative activities.
This program aims to inspire and equip young coders with the skills and confidence to thrive in the world of technology. LINK
Blueprint is a free academic enrichment program designed for highly motivated Canadian Black students currently in Grades 10 and 11 interested in pursuing degrees and careers in science, technology, engineering and math with a strong interest in engineering.
The program includes four weeks of summer academic programming and continued community engagement including monthly webinars, workshops, and socials. LINK
